BEST SUMMER WINE FROM DALOC
1. Bisol Beltar Prosecco, Italy
One of the most popular Prosecco .Fresh, light and very fruity. Elegant aroma and crisp, bringing to mind yellow apple, pear, white peach, and apricot. Excellent for aperitif or making cocktail Bellini.
     Served well chilled and pair with Parma and other air-dried ham ,sushi or
     seafood and vegetable-based dim sum especially prawn toasts and seafood        dumplings
      2. Drouet et Freres Saumur Brut Comte de la Boisserie
    Wine is make from Chenin Blanc.dry,crisp and fresh acidity, traditional method,           brioche, lemon and honey flavours.Especially go well with grilled fish or shellfish         and  a variety of fish dishes, especially ones with a creamy or buttery sauce, as the 
    acidity in the wine, accentuated by the bubbles cuts right through the rich sauce.           They also work with white meat such as pork, rabbit or veal and of course poultry.
2.Chateau la Rose Bellevue Rose, Bordeaux, France
Rose is make from “Saignee” method.The robe is brilliant with strong salmon-pink hints. The nose is powerful and develops fruity notes such as strawberry and fruit drops. After swirling, you will discover the red fruits flovour such as cherry. The attack is round, full, fat with soft tannins.The mouth is refreshing and generous in volume.The final ends with a persistence of red fruits. A surprisingly fresh and fruity rosé.
Pair with light salads, light pasta and rice dishes, especially with seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish and grilled fish and goats’ cheeses. Perfect hot weather drinking.
3. Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie La Sancive, Loire valley, France
Make from Melon de Bourgogne grape wine has pale straw yellow with green reflections. Floral and fruity, with occasional mineral notes of sea sell. Light-to-medium-bodied with freshness, often floral and fruity notes of lime lemon, green apple and crisp acidity.
Served well chilled and pair well with Mussels, Oysters, Whelks (sea snail), Scallops, Bay Shrimp (Crevettes Roses), Jumbo Shrimp..
4. Nobilo Regional Collection Sauvignon Blanc – Marlborough, New Zealand
Pale yellow with brilliant clarity. Aromas of tropical fruit including pineapple, passion fruit, and guava. Flinty minerality with herbal notes of nettles and freshly cut tomato plant. On the palate  wine is fresh, crisp and clean with zesty flavours of ripe tropical fruits, especially passionfruit and pineapple with subtle hints of nettle. The wine has excellent presence and mouthfeel, with balanced acidity and a generous finish.
Pair well with oysters, scallops, crab, clams, lobster, prawns - any shellfish with zingy flavours or a citrus or garlic marinade or dressing.
Salad with goats cheese and feta, asparagus, avocado or grilled red peppers, fresh tomato salads or salads with fennel, mango or papaya.
5. Domaine J. Faiveley, Chalis
Make from 100% Chardonnay from cool climate area. This wine displays a pale yellow colour. The elegant nose expresses fruity aromas of grapefruit, green apple, lemon and pears. It shows mineral and citrus flavours continuing on the palate. The finish is long and balanced.
All kinds of raw shellfish, especially oysters. Simply cooked shellfish dishes such as spaghetti alla vongole or moules marinières. Fish and chips, goujons or other deep-fried fish. Snails - or prawns - with garlic butter. Charcuterie, especially jellied terrines like jambon persillé. Seafood (e.g. crab or prawn) salads. Vegetable terrines.
6. Leeuwin Art Series Riesling
One of the best value for money of Riesling from Margaret River. The bouquet shows fragrant and bright notes of lime blossom and cut lemon greet the nose, and are met with underlying hints of kaffir lime leaf and subtle spice.

The palate is taut and focused offering lively lemon curd, lime pith and floral notes. Racy acidity defines the palate and provides great drive. These elements are woven together with a mineral finish.   
Pair well with seafood such as  raw and lightly cooked shellfish like prawnscrab and seared squid or light noodle dishes with seafood or slightly  spicy food.      
7. Drouet et Freres Saumur Champigny Les Loges

If you would like to enjoy red wine in the summer time you should choose Saumur Champigny Les Loges

Wine is make from Cabernet Franc.
Appearance: Bright garnet.
Nose: Complex and spicy with notes of soft red and black fruits and violet.
Flavors: Rich and medium -bodied, the wines have fine, velvety tannins and are well-balanced.
Served slightly chilled and pair well with Seared salmon and tuna, grilled chicken, goats' cheese
8. Domaine J.Faiveley Bourgogne Paulee Pinot Noir
Light aromas of earth and fruit. Black cherry and anise on the palate. Earthy middle with soil and truffles. Longer finish than usual with a french Pinot. Makes me think of a gamay. Easy sipping wine. Not a lot of depth but easy still enjoyable.
Pair with Seared duck breasts, salads that include fresh or dried red berries or pomegranate seeds, seared salmon or tuna.
9. Michele Chiarlo Barbera d`Asti Superiore Le Orme
Medium-deep ruby red in color. Nice nose with earth and red fruit aromas. Fruit-forward with ripe red fruit, especially cherry and raspberry, earth, and black licorice on the palate. Medium-bodied with crisp acidity and medium, smooth tannins. Well-balanced with a long finish.
     Best pair with Grilled and roast pork and wild boar. Italian-style stews and braises         such as rabbit with olives or braised duck. Pasta with meat and cooked tomato              sauces such as bolognese. In Piedmont that would often be the eggy pasta tajarin.
     Spaghetti and meatballs.
