1)   What are the actions that the Italian wine producers have to put in place to improve their sales in Vietnam?
-In fact, the italian wine producer did not have much marketing and wine event in vietnamese market comparison to the other wine producers in other countries.
So to improve the sales volume of italian wine in vietnamese market they need be present and organize different events to promote the italian wines.
You also need some one who introduce very often about italian wines with hotel, restaurant and wine consumers.

          2) What are the current preferences of Vietnamese consumers            and
 how important are taste and price in their choice?
           Back to 10- 15 years ago, french wines is dominant, but                  recently, new world wine is expanded, especially Chile, cause           they love red wine with full bodied, strong,high tannins and             alcohol content...So some italian wines are quite good selling            such as Primitivo from Puglia due to price is reasonable.

 3)Which Italian wines are most popular among your customers and which Italian wines are more suited to the taste of Vietnamese consumers?
-There are 2 types of consummer:
The first: Wine connoisseur and some expat guest like to enjoy good Barolo, Barbaresco, Brunello di Montalcino, Amarone della Valpolicella, Super toscan and some Chianti or Chianti classico ( but not mass market)
The second: Most vietnamese like to enjoy red wine with full bodied, dense, powerfull,high alcohol,tannins and quite imporatant touch of Sweetness ... they will choose Primitivo, negroamaro but i think the Sagrantino and Aglianico will be sold well for this kind of wine.
Other hands some red wine with touch of sweetness, lower price is also good selling.

        4) How do you see the outlook for the Italian white and                       sparkling wines?
         Around 70% wine consumption is red, but some Prosecco is            well accepted cause of quality and price and some Moscato is           loved by woman, but white is quite hard to sell for local                   people, mostly for expat people.

       5) What suggestion would you give to a winery that wants to                sell for the first time in the Vietnamese market?

        They must understand the market`s need like I have mentioned          above.
